
Kathryn Sidlowski
Senior Executive Assistant and Board Liaison
Kathryn Sidlowski is the senior executive assistant to CDP’s CEO and liaison to CDP’s board of directors. In her role, Kathryn works directly with the CEO, providing overall administrative, communications and strategic support to the executive office. Kathryn also works closely with CDP’s board of directors, supporting board meetings and board governance.
Before joining CDP, Kathryn was a contractor at USAID’s Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (BHA), where she worked on multilateral engagement and managed BHA’s relationship with UNICEF. Before BHA, Kathryn was a part of the Humanitarian Policy and Practice team at InterAction, focusing on collective humanitarian advocacy and supporting the work of InterAction’s coalition of NGO members in humanitarian crises.
Kathryn has a master’s in international peace and conflict resolution from American University’s School of International Service and a bachelor’s in international relations from Bucknell University.
Besides her interests in the philanthropy and humanitarian sectors, Kathryn enjoys hosting friends and family in her garden, walking her dog around Alexandria, and doing the New York Times crossword.
