As the Center for Disaster Philanthropy’s senior accounting manager, general ledger & budgets, Allie supports the organization’s accounting operations, including financial reporting, compliance and budget planning, with a focus on precision and strategic insight.
With a diverse background spanning both growth-stage startups and mission-driven organizations, she brings a decade of experience in nonprofit financial operations, including previous roles with Meals on Wheels and United Way. Her expertise lies in developing scalable grant accounting procedures, managing and tracking complex budgets, and ensuring fiscal integrity in dynamic environments. She holds a bachelor’s in accounting from UMass Dartmouth’s Charlton College of Business and earned her Advanced Professional Accounting Certificate in 2022.
In addition to the thrill of nonprofit accounting, she regularly works on large-scale fireworks productions for communities along the Texas Coastal Bend as a professionally licensed pyrotechnician. A native Texan and a resident of Austin, Allie enjoys the city’s vibrant music, film and food scenes with her husband, daughter and dog.
