Angelica Pace

Angelica Pace serves as CDP’s senior manager of people operations. She partners with colleagues across the organization to develop and manage people-centered human resources programs that support an engaged, mission-driven workplace. 

Angelica brings extensive human resources experience, with expertise in talent acquisition, onboarding and benefits administration. 

Before joining CDP, Angelica led the human resources department at Hollywood Community Housing Corporation in Los Angeles. Earlier in her career, she held human resources roles at Boston Consulting Group and the Fetzer Institute. 

Angelica holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources management, a master of business administration from Western Michigan University and the SHRM-SCP credential. Outside of work, Angelica enjoys planning her next travel adventure, getting lost in a good book and spending time with family and friends over game nights.
