Nicole Lindberg
Director of Annual Giving
Nicole Lindberg is the director of annual giving at the Center for Disaster Philanthropy (CDP), where she leads the strategy, design and execution of a comprehensive, multi-channel annual giving program. Since joining the organization, she has focused on building and scaling CDP’s annual giving efforts to expand our community of individual donors and strengthen sustainable support for equitable disaster recovery.
Nicole brings more than 10 years of progressive experience in annual giving and fundraising. She began her fundraising career as a student caller at the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire and has since built a career centered on donor acquisition, retention and pipeline development. She has held annual giving roles at the University of North Dakota, the University of Georgia, and the University of South Carolina, and most recently served as Director of annual giving at her alma mater, UW–Eau Claire. Throughout her career, Nicole has driven measurable growth in donor acquisition and retention while strengthening major gift pipelines through data-informed strategy and digital innovation.
Her professional strengths include digital fundraising strategy and leveraging analytics to guide segmentation, personalization and campaign performance. She is currently pursuing her MBA at Louisiana State University Shreveport. Growing up in rural Wisconsin, Nicole gained a deep respect and passion for community-based work and is excited to put her skills to work to advance CDP’s mission. When not working, you can find her travelling, cheering on the Green Bay Packers, or outside with her two dogs, Oreo and Nugget.
