Regine A. Webster was CDP’s vice president, leading the CDP’s grantmaking and consulting teams. She led CDP’s learning and partnership initiatives, including the annual Measuring the State of Disaster Philanthropy report and the Disaster Philanthropy Playbook. From 2010 – 2012, Regine served as CDP’s founding executive director.
