An accomplished community leader and volunteer, Heather Geronemus sets the strategic direction for global philanthropic initiatives at UKG, a company she’s served for more than a decade in various leadership roles.
As senior director of social equity, opportunity and impact at UKG, Geronemus leverages her personal passion and professional experience in the fields of corporate citizenship, corporate philanthropy, communications and marketing to lead a team focused on the acceleration of equity, opportunity and impact across UKG’s global communities.
As a member of the senior leadership team reporting to UKG’s Chief Belonging, Diversity and Equity Officer, Geronemus champions the company’s people-driven purpose in her work to accelerate UKG’s ESG initiative, strengthen strategic partnerships with nonprofits, provide humanitarian aid in times of crisis and empower UKG employees everywhere to maximize the potential of their local communities through volunteerism.
Geronemus is a graduate of New York University and is a sought-after speaker on a variety of leadership topics. She is celebrated for her leadership and charitable involvement with Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD), the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, CDP, The Sheriff’s Foundation of Broward County and many more.
