

Taylor Dudley serves as CDP’s director of coalition building, leading strategic coalition initiatives that elevate philanthropy’s role in equitable disaster recovery. In this role, she provides leadership and coordination on existing coalition efforts and identifies new engagement opportunities for CDP. She brings a strong facilitation skillset and a commitment to cross-sector collaboration to convene diverse actors across the disaster and humanitarian space.
Taylor’s cross-sector experience spans grantmaking, disaster recovery, climate action and social impact. Before joining CDP, she led community recovery efforts with All Hands and Hearts in Guatemala, including rebuilding a community center and developing water catchment systems. She has also worked with Oxfam, the Institute for Sustainable Energy and several grassroots NGOs, gaining expertise in program development and partnership engagement.
Earlier in her career, Taylor spent eight years in trade show production and corporate event management, honing her skills in program development, stakeholder coordination and working under pressure – skills she now applies to coalition-building and facilitation in the philanthropic and disaster space.
She holds a bachelor’s in event management from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Business with a focus on social impact from Boston University. She was recognized as a 30 Under 30 awardee by the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network of Atlanta.
Originally from Florida, Taylor’s firsthand experiences with disasters sparked her passion for climate and environmental justice, which continue to drive her work today.
