A Passion for Helping Others
The Salvation Army is actively working to help families affected by 2017 Spring flooding in Missouri. Their tireless dedication set an example of why individuals helping others is a passion not a duty.

The Salvation Army received a grant from the Midwest Early Recovery Fund to support reconstruction management and volunteer coordination in response to flooding in Missouri. They continue to work in Missouri to help families return to homes that are safe, secure and sanitary. Many cases have been completed but, there is still more work to do and many survivors that need help to return to a level of normalcy.
