Community Outreach to Aid Recovery
United Community Action Partnership, Inc. received a grant from the Midwest Early Recovery Fund to support database development and outreach in response to floods in Minnesota. To date, they have reached out to approximately 350 households by telephone and sent out 55 applications to homeowners. They continue to work on contacting households that expressed interest in the Minnesota Housing Quick Start Loan Program, the application for which is also available online.
