Leverage for Long-Term Recovery
The Arkansas Conference of the United Methodist Church leveraged a Midwest Early Recovery Fund grant to establish the Randolph County Recovery Committee. A long term recovery group, the committee (above) gathered to address the unmet needs of those affected by the April, 2017 storms that brought flooding to the area. In particular, the group has started disaster case management efforts for the community.
